Steps of the Buying Process
A pre-approval is required to start your home search. This will allow you to shop with confidence, save time and be a competitive buyer. I have wonderful lenders I can connect you with and great questions to ask them to get you started!
When you find the perfect home, we will write an offer and negotiate terms.
Once accepted, we will do our due diligence by conducting inspections, resolve/negotiate any issues from the inspection and order the appraisal.
Now that we know your budget, I will set you up on a home search through the MLS based on your wish list. This will allow you to preview potential properties online. Then, we will schedule showings and view properties you are most interested in.
Once we receive a clear to close from the lender, you will wire funds to title. A final walk-through of the property will be conducted. Closing day: Get your keys and it's all yours!
